"We had our very first experience with East Bay Pediatrics today with Dr. Ferretti. The office staff are lovely and super accommodating! The atmosphere in the office was great and inviting. He was very abrasive and seemed annoyed. At one point he wanted my daughter to lay down, she didn't understand what exactly to do, he said "put your head on my hand" loudly and with a tone. At the end of the visit, there was paper work that he threw at me saying I needed to complete it. When the nurse came in she said I didn't need to do it. When we left I called the office and told them I was not happy with him. While in the car, my daughter tells me when he was checking her lymph nodes along her neck, she says he hurt her. I asked her to show on my neck what it felt like and it was painful. I will never again let this doctor near my child. You would think, a doctor with such terrible reviews, that the practice would remove him."
