"Was covering as the on call physician for my daughter's pediatrician's office. She returned the call I had placed to our doctor, we spoke for six minutes, she couldn't help us, I received a bill for $125 for a "11-20 minute telephone evaluation". It was funny, I wrote an email explaining how ridiculous this was and got a call back from our doctor who tried to explain the whole thing away with "things have changed since Covid" but even he couldn't tell me why my six minute call was billed as 11-20 and agreed that didn't seem right. Just best to avoid if you can."

"Dr. Sarah Rotter was too overly cautious. She sent us to emergency room several times. Once they basically laughed at us and wondered why we were there. She seems to think about herself more than the parents, doesn’t want to take a risk. But when there isn’t a risk, it is cost for parents… We were charged for 1-2 min phone calls with while she didn’t do anything of essence. She also has an outdated approach about sleep training."
