"DCF was called on my family. We go to healthcare providers for wellbeing of us and family members not to be subjected to such horrible accusations. Took our newborn son in right after leaving hospital and John Leimert filed a report of neglect to the DCF. They had no reason to investigate us further but this is not what we expect from our healthcare providers. Lack of communication between hospital and pediatrician ended up putting us at fault for their negligence. Our son is doing great no thanks to Southcoast health."

"I've been coming to this pediatrician office for over a dozen years today I walk in and there is a lady at the door that never called to check in and they allow her to go sit in the waiting room then they tell me that I have to wait outside because they only allow 1 parent in at a time my son is only 4 months old i don't think it's fair to only allow 1 parent in when the child is under a year old i called ahead and checked in they had a room ready for us to go in I don't see how they could deny me the ability to speak with my 4 month old son's doctor they never said anything when they called me to check if anyone had covid-19 Symptoms or when I called to check in I find is when I'm at the door then they tell you only 1 parent is allowed in"
