"I waited 3+ months for just a basic physical's appointment, I had to cancel tomorrow`s appointment because I tested positive for Covid. They said that now I have to wait until June, 6 more months! I live in Jamestown and I have been a patient for 2 decades. Stay away from this clinic. Judging from the reviews, I`m not the only disappointed customer. I`m changing my primary care doctor and clinic immediately."

"I've been a patient for over two years and gave them a call with a quick question about an antibiotic I'd been prescribed from Urgent care with some pretty severe and scary possible side effects. I just wanted to check with my doctor that it was safe and see if he thought there might be a better option. The practitioner who answered, Taylor, was very rude and condescending, telling me it wasn't appropriate to speak with them and that I should have taken it up with the Urgent Care. I already had discussed with my Urgent Care provider, but I'd just wanted to check with my doctor who knows my full medical history to get some reassurance and a second opinion. I've never written a review on anything before but felt the need to after this experience."

I called to make a simple appointment and while I was discussing which days I was available the front desk person really sighed and said, “oh my god.” While I was asking her a question because I didn’t hear what she had said about the dates available.
