"I've been to Advanced Physical Therapy twice. Once for my right shoulder. A second time for my left knee. Mikel was always great and really listened to me every session. I tend to over share but he was taking diligent notes on my loose terms like "stinging, creaky, etc." Both cases were a bit strange but we worked together and I was able move again with no pain. He showed me exercises I can do at the gym. I chose dry needling twice for both injuries. That really excelled my healing! Highly recommend."
