"Incompetent Staff. The desk ladies are fabulous, the doctors not so much. I work in the medical field and i’m very displeased with the care providers. There’s no sense of personalized care, nor basic empathy. The reviews serve this place right. I would not recommend for fellow mothers to take your child here. My son and I were left stranded with no answers and bills to pay. Do better! This is not how any medical facility should be run and you should be held accountable for your faults."

"DON’T BRING YOUR BABY HERE! You can’t rely on a nurse to call you back at a reasonable time (I waited close to an hour before hearing back from a nurse regarding my baby). My baby’s pediatrician got frustrated with her because she was crying and to top it all off, didn’t even write up an after visit summary so I didn’t know what over the counter medication my child needed to be given nor what we had talked about/ discussed. My baby will never go here again!"
