"Doctors are amazing here !! The office ect. Sucks and they are rude and not only that but never return multiple messages left regarding my child , and they change our appointments or forget to make them idgit."
"Only our first visit to Aquidneck Pediatrics but I have nothing but praise for them. As new residents to the area, we hadn’t established a pediatrician for our three year old yet. After starting preschool, she began catching all the viruses going around. Her cough became so bad on a Friday afternoon that we knew she needed to be seen. Angie, one of the office staff, worked quickly with me to get my daughter established as a new patient so that she could be seen in their sick clinic Saturday morning. Angie was kind, prompt and had excellent communication with making sure I had everything filled out and submitted before she left for the day. For a Friday afternoon in healthcare, this type of attention and care is not typical. Following the registration, I spoke to one of the nurses,Julia, who triaged our concerns and explained the sick visit process for Saturdays. She was understanding and compassionate. We brought my daughter in to the sick clinic Saturday morning and everyone from the office staff, the nurse and physician were all efficient, kind and attentive. Dr. Elder was fabulous. He took the time to explain everything to our three year old even with their busy clinic running. We truly appreciate the attention we received through every step at Aquidneck Pediatrics. My husband and I are both in healthcare ourselves and were thoroughly impressed with the prompt, efficient care and compassion."
"Worst place ever!!!! Yes I walked in a few minutes late due to traffic in Providence from accidents! When I walked in I was directed to sign in thru the tablet which now made me even later bc the tablet wouldn't work! When I walked up to the desk she now tells me I'm to late they can't see my 2 year old son! (Mind you took the day off for this appointment and drove an hour n half) so now I'm like why not? They said bc I was 16 mins late! But when I walked in and was directed to the tablet I was not over my 15 minutes! So instead of the receptionist doing her job (I would of been fine) I now drove out here and took a day out of work and they can't see my son! MAYBE IF YOUR WORKERS ACTUALLY WORKED YOU WOULD BE FINE!!!!"
"It is a bad service, especially for Spanish speakers. One day they called me that my son had high lead and it was iron. Additionally, Dr. Rooke Roebuck, after presenting that we wanted a change of doctor for his 3-year-old appointment, did not want to attend to him. Can you? believe it, they left us outside waiting, now I call every day to have another doctor assigned to me since I found out with the insurance that one is free to change the doctor, I recommend Dr. Eldert Casey is empathetic with children and you can see the love for what he does."
"Our primary care physician is great, but we were not treated well by another doctor from the practice. Earlier today, we were 9 minutes late for an appointment because of a traffic issue. Despite my sincerest apology, the attending physician refused to see my sick five year old. When asked if there were any other options, the office manager simply stated that it's company policy for the decision to be at the discretion of the physician. I know its a business, but im very disappointed."
