"My kids, now teenagers, have gone to Dr Lisa all of their lives. I have followed her everywhere she has gone - from New Hampshire to Methuen and now to Haverhill. She truly is that good!! The only criticism that I would ever have is I’d like to see a little more lightness of mood by the staff. A nice greeting when you get there goes a long way. Often times kids are nervous enough coming to see the doctor - would be nice to see some smiles and have a little bit of polite chit chatty conversation to kind of destress the appointment before the Dr comes in. I’m not asking for a ticker tape parade but the mood could definitely be a little friendlier."
