"She should not call herself a doctor!! She was my daughters first doctor and straight up called dcf when I was the one who called to make an appointment because my daughter wasn’t feeding correctly and was always sleeping. Lowell general knew that feeding problem and still discharged us!!! Have nothing but problems there"
"This is the place for you if your ideal pediatric experience is to pull a number, wait in a dirty lobby, only to fill out paperwork, to be told to pull another number, to be redirected to a different floor, pull another number, fill out additional paperwork, wait some more, finally get called back to undress your infant daughter to have her weighed in a freezing cold room, then not be given time to redress her and told to just carry her naked to another room, only to wait even longer to see the doctor, the doctor comes in and repeatedly calls her a boy (by this time I’ve put her pink outfit back on her) and is there for less than two minutes, on her way out says, “oh, I almost forgot, on your way out, go to labs,” without telling me why. I asked the reception desk to look up why on the way out (it’s to do a standard lead test, required in this state, we just moved here so this is all new for us) so we go down the hallway to the lab, wait in line, sit back down, get called back up to give them the same basic information that the last two desks have received from us, sit back down, wait for about an additional 20 minutes to be called back to have TWO VILES of blood drawn from my perfectly healthy, infant daughter for a standard lead check to be done through the state. It all seemed way over the top so I asked the nurse several questions about the process and she laughed at me, and said that I was only bothered by this because this was my first child. After speaking with several parents in the area, I have not heard of this much blood being taken from an infant. We spent four hours in this awful place with a perfectly healthy baby for a “standard” physical. When I called and politely asked for a medical release form (knowing full well that the receptionist I’m speaking to is not at fault for any of my experience, and am not the type of person to shoot the messenger), I received a very short and snarky response. This place treats it’s patients like numbers, my daughter and I will not be returning. I hope this serves as a warning so no other parents/children have to go through this experience."
"She is terrible at her profession and acts like a robot. She has no personality. She doesn't care for you and only wants to sell Lowell Community Health to you."
