"While they have a policy of charging a large fee for cancellation later than 48 hours prior, they cancelled my first appointment inexplicably less than 24 hours prior with no explanation. I was then matched with another provider randomly who had little to no real experience that I could detect in the areas-domestic violence-that I requested help with. Then, when I tried a third time to get help, I was told they don't have openings and that I could not speak to a provider over the phone prior to making an appointment and waiting weeks or months just to get in. This agency is a waste of your time. I would keep looking rather than get sucked in here like I did, wasting months of my valuable time. The first appointment I made was done many weeks in advance, only to get cancelled by the provider 10 or so hours before the appointment."
"Good. Have been to office only once. Telemed. Dr. Park is very good. Practical. Use for medication management which we are working on now. Appointment of 1/2 hour every two or three months. Convenient for me."
"Need to be honest, my teenage son is the patient, not me, but I have had a great relationship with the doctor. He is available when we need to talk to him and is very serious about the confidentiality with my son. We see our doctor through telehealth and my son looks forward to his bimonthly appointments. I would highly recommend them."
"Therapists are fine. The Lifestance billing department, however, requires you to put down a personal card and they WILL charge it CONSTANTLY - I HAVE INSURANCE THAT PAYS FOR THIS. Worst decision for my mental health I’ve made in years - just trying to get some help and instead I miss RENT because I was charged $600 at the beginning of the month. Lifestance did not bill my insurance properly and instead of contacting me that charged my account - within 14 days of the appointment!! Ever after I canceled all of my appointments I am still be charged copays for appointments that didn’t happen! Horrible, horrible greedy company. Avoid at all costs unless you’re made of money"
"I felt very comfortable, was given rights to a say in my treatment (individualized treatment), informed about my medicine and it's side effects and abilities, and signed authorization forms to connect this provider to my others for coordinated treatment. I believe this provider has my best health interests in her decisions. I only like to take what I have to for medications to keep optimal kidney/liver functioning, so I think this provider will be very good for my care. Thank You for your candor and care."
