"After weeks of working with another company, I can safely say, I am mortified with the service provided by Alternative Wellness Care even more than I was when I made my initial decision to discontue working with them. My hope is that this posting will encourage better training in staff, ensuring that each case manager has the tools, resources, and attitude required to assist each client with their needs. I was not offered the quality of care I deserved. I am beyond grateful to have had the skills to advocate for myself and pursue what I knew was correct and healthy."
