"I am extremely happy with my experience at Mike Bean’s counseling service. Mike himself made everything so easy and friendly while also remaining professional and giving me the confidence in quality-of-service that I was looking for. After months of dealing with other counselors scheduling limitations, and getting a lack of that confidence in their services for one reason or another, I finally found Mike W. Bean in Wells, Maine. Just a day or two after leaving a long voice mail message for Mike about my OUI violation and current situation, he called me back and spoke with me at length, asking questions in order to fill in the gaps I left in my voice mail message. He told me the exact steps of what to do next, and explained what he would be doing while I did that. It was so helpful, as it eased my anxiety about everything, now knowing a rough outline of what was going to be done in the next few weeks in order to get my license back in my wallet. Even though Mike was helping victims of the Lewiston mass-shooting tragedy, he still found the time to keep helping me along, so that I could accomplish my goals, even though in that moment, what he was doing in Lewiston was far more serious and important in my opinion. This review may sound exaggerated or over-the-too because of all the high praise, but I assure you I am keeping it 100 and being totally honest with you. Mike is a cut above the rest in a field that needs more personal-but-professional demeanors like his.
