"This doctor may be a great doctor but unfortunately alot of people probably will never know because the office staff cant get it together and were so rude! I called for my son to be seen as a new patient and was told i could not even register him until they had his medical records and was told I could fax them over, so i called again for the fax number and was told by the most rudest older lady I've ever spoken to that I can't fax them over because a healthy 9 year olds medical record would be to extensive? Then proceeded to tell me 2 different stories of why they can't be faxed over before she hung up on me! What they obviously didn't know is that I work in a specialty office myself and in the computers to store any records, a patient needs to be registered into their computer so I'm not quite sure where they would be putting these records they want sent to the office for a patient that isn't even registered in their computers, and they are 100% able to be faxed over it just takes a little more time to input the records where they need to go (which is clearly to hard for them to do) Luckily for my son another office in Chelmsford took the correct steps in seeing a new patient and I will be taking my business elsewhere!"
