"My daughter has had phone appointments with Virginia Roper and she has now twice not kept the said time appointments! They seem to have no regard for people dealing with mental health issues.(It’s Real) Something needs to be done about this facility as it’s just a hot mess!!!! Today September 18,2023 I heard Virginia Roper isn’t going to fill my daughter’s prescription anymore just because my daughter doesn’t answer her questions in a lengthy response this is so unethical and if I have to go to the medical board that’s what I’ll do as my daughter can’t be without her medicine.Stay clear of this place if you can!!!!"
"The low reviews are deserved. I recently tried to take my own life and I begged them to start seeing me again and they couldn't of cared less and never contacted me back after several attempts. All they did was keep sending me bills, which I won't pay. I told them on an answering machine more than once my Insurance was finally activated /switched over by mass to NH. I have two insurances now, so their loss. they have a lack of care and only care about money. Stay away. They are the worst Therapy service I've ever encountered."
"I forgive my trespassers every day of dialysis. Customer service did not seem all that important when they refused to switch my doctor after I refused to see Jim’s."
"Virginia Roper couldn’t care less about how she takes care of her patients, when and what their availability is and what they might want or need from her in terms of a care plan. Absolutely the worst community run mental health service I’ve ever been through."
"RUN AWAY!!! While the providers may be helpful, the office staff is pure trash. Condescending, Rude, incompetent, hang up on you, great times! You'd be better off finding a stranger named Frank to talk to them working with the office staff here. Too bad... the mental health providersthemselves are quite nice."
