"Any facility would be super lucky to have Dr. Halbadier. I do beleive that she provides quality care but the Healthcare system is flawed and that is not her fault. She treated me for 4 years but I got removed from baystate facility in regards to my inappropriate loudness with the receptionist . With that being said, she treated me during the most critical time of my life. I had numerous traumas before the pandemic hit and risk of homeless and she signed paperwork for me , she listened to me, and she gave me a cortisone shot to treat my pain. I will always be greatful that she never prescribed me opiates. Cause I feel like my life could of been extremely negative if she did.... She made the best decision when it came to my case. Even though we don't work together antmore , I do not beleive she deserves a 1 star and if I was so inappropriate with the receptionist I would probabally be seeing her still."
"Well, in detail, probably the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor Who uses medication as a leverage point which kind of trying to be off left me without my medication’s important medication for one month and threaten not to renew my medication if I did not go in to see her, the reason I had not gone to see her and because of COVID-19 and I was waiting for an appointment and I would never give anyone two. Yes I take that back For insurance and medication when I asked about the physical exam they said when you come to those two appointments we will that book your physical examination. Therefore I left Dr. Halbardier and the practice I asked for a new doctor they don’t do that there. I guess they’re just not adult enough to handle I requested Dr. boss who I was told refused to take me on thank you and please take notice"
