"I went into my massage with my jaw popping multiple times each time I opened and shut it, deep tension all through my neck and head and restriction in head movement. I left being able to open my jaw without any popping and felt more freedom and fluidity in my upper body. Adam also informed me of techniques I or my boyfriend can do on me to relieve the pain and tension in my neck and head from pregnancy and throwing up. Adam offered to play his handmade flute towards my belly for the baby at the end of the massage and we got a little kick of awareness from it! Highly recommend."
