"I had gotten a DWI 30 years ago when I lived in Derry NH. Went to court and paid all the fines but never took the required class. Soon after, I relocated to Southern California and never really missed not having a DL until recently. Blue Heron allowed me to take the class remotely since I am out of state. For that I am grateful. However, I completed that class in the beginning of May of this year. That was 3 months ago and I am still no closer to getting my driving privileges back than I was before taking the class. They had no problem taking my payment for the class yet neglected to tell me that because it was 30 years ago and since i no longer reside in NH, that I wouldn't be able to obtain the required court documents necessary for reinstatement. Not to mention the fact that Krystal Braase has billed me $62 for 3 minutes worth of phone calls since then as well. Is that even legal? I thought only physicians could do that. I am not happy about any of this but I do have to say that the lady named Katie was extremely nice and very professional, she gets 5 stars. Thank you Katie for being so kind."

"Had an intake for couples counseling. First off, whoever called us back tried calling two separate times and was unable to get through, yet didn’t leave a voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. Then, when my significant other Googled the number, saw it was Blue Heron Neurofeedback and Counseing, and called back, the receptionist Katie said the counselor had decided they would not be working with us. We inquired about an explanation, even something as simple as “conflict of interest” would have sufficed. Katie said she would let the counselor know we had called and assured us the counselor would be contacting us. It’s been almost a week and neither of us have heard anything. I know we’re not entitled to a reason, but we were assured that the counselor would be calling us and they never did. Sad because we were really looking forward to working with Blue Heron Neurofeedback and Counseling, but our experience with Krystal Braase has soured any wish to work with this organization."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t do the IDCMP program here!! They have such a long wait list I was soposed to get my license back in august and they don’t even know when the class is going to be they said sometime in December. Every time they said they were going to send me my next step and the information for the process they never did and I had to call to remind them of everything. They charge way too much and drag everything out for things that should’ve been done all at one appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."
