"I have to say I miss Dr. Luloff very much he was absolutely amazing and had the best bed side manner with children you could ever dream of. I have taken my son here since birth and seen several other Dr's and all of them are have been very nice, Dr. Gunn can't leave a review without mentioning how great you are. Recently in the past year my son has started seeing Dr. Lozier and I am so happy to have a Dr that he is comfortable and connects with like he did with Dr. Luloff. Dr. Lozier is wonderful and been very helpful in dealing with some recent issues. Can't forget to mention nurse Lucas who my son also adores and looks up too. Lucas takes time to chat with him while doing vitals and answer any random questions he has for him which says a lot about how much Lucas cares for his patients and the job he is doing. SVMC pediatrics is wonderful."

"We use dr. Lozier, but have seen multiple doctors there and we love all of the staff there. Since the day my son was born they've been so kind and informative. Being first time parents, they are great with us anytime we have questions or concerns. They answer us either on the portal or call us the same day. They fit us in the same day or next to check out my son in person if he has something going on. Highy recommend to any first time parents!"

"This practice has steadily been going downhill since Dr. Luloff left. It's poorly managed, the nurses and techs are lazy, and most of the providers make patients wait over 30 minutes while they sit back in their office chatting with each other."

"When we moved to Vermont we were told that Dr Luloff office was amazing. There hasn’t been a single appointment where we didn’t sit and wait for over 40 minutes before the doctor came in. Today my wife took our children out of school for my daughters 10:45am appointment and my son’s appointment at another office in town at 12:15. My daughter is asthmatic and follow up appointments with Dr. Gunn aren’t all that easy to schedule. After waiting the unacceptable yet normal 45 minutes to be seen, she was then informed that the Dr had to run over to the hospital and would be at least another 30 minutes. She was forced to leave in order to make my sons appointment. I can understand that patients are often late to appointments and that unexpected things happen to put them behind schedule but this is the most consistent thing about their office. There is clearly a staffing issue that needs to be addressed. Patients are customers and this level of customer service is atrocious. We will immediately be looking for an alternative pediatrician. Today was too much."
