"I’ve used White Rock Outboard for roughly 7-8 years for misc products and services and have always had a pleasant experience. Others on here mention that when they go into the store, they aren’t greeted and coddled the whole time. I’ll be honest, that’s true. The same is true if you walk into most any other shop. This is also one of the reasons I enjoy shopping here actually. With that said, when you walk up to the desk and let them know you’re interested in something or have questions, they are friendly, genuine and very helpful. I went in a couple weeks ago and had some questions about a used sled that I had just purchased and the guy at the counter was very helpful. He even took me out in the shop to show me a few things on the exact same sled that they just happened to have in the shop. I bought a gallon of oil and was on my way. Fast forward a week or better and I ended up also getting a used Ski Doo. I called to get some info on a pre-season service and ended up dropping it off the same day. Yet again, they were pleasant and great to deal with. The sled was ready the next day and the price was very fair. All in all, I’m thankful to live less than 20 minutes away and to have such a genuine crew to deal with there. I will 100% make sure we return for future service and purchases! Keep up the great work!"
