"Dr. Connell took it upon himself to review my husband's records and consult with us DESPITE the fact that my husband was NOT his patient and was NOT diagnosed with a cancer from his department. He lied to us telling us that the GI Oncologist was out that day and that he had asked him to speak with us. My husband's actual oncologist came to see us half an hour later - he was NOT out and had NOT asked Dr. Connell to speak to us. Also, Dr. Connell's information was WRONG. He told us that they could not identify the cancer (The proper Dr., Dr. Stuart, DID know what the cancer was), He advised us that our treatment options were limited (false) AND gave us a dire prognosis. Dr. Connell singlehandedly made the worst time of our life even more traumatic and painful. I cannot speak to his work as an urology oncologist, but if he goes rogue and decides to speak for a doctor that is in a different department, I advise refusing to see him. I honestly wonder if he took pleasure in giving a dire prognosis."
