Reviews
"I don't usually go out of the way to write reviews unless I had a truly bad experience but today is the first time I want to express my absolute satisfaction... I came hrs early to appointment and was still able to be seen by my nurse she made extra time for me for it to be more convenient for me. She was very helpful and educated me through the process her name was Haley and I give her 5 stars!!!!! Best appointment experience I've ever had."
"Dr. Wadland has been an absolute gift in my life. She was the first GYN to finally listen to me and my concerns, and actually take them seriously. Turns out I was living with serious undiagnosed endometriosis. Two surgeries later, and many tears and laughs, I trust her to the absolute fullest. Dr. Wadland always takes the time to listen, understand, and find the best course of action for me. She is never dismissive of any feelings or concerns, and she supports me in making informed decisions based on my own needs. As someone who has always coped with chronic pain, it's a rare gem to find a doctor who is truly patient centered. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Wadland."
"I don't usually go out of my way to leave a bad review, but I've had a horrible experience. It started in the beginning when I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office to schedule my first appointment when I first found out I was pregnant. After two weeks and multiple messages left, I called my primary care doctor and asked them what I should do. They called AAW and sent a referral and I FINALLY got a call back. At my first appointment, they did an official blood test to determine that I was really pregnant. They called at the very end of the day and said "We have your results!" and when I called back, the office was closed 15 minutes early and the answering service wouldn't forward me along. Then with my genetic testing. Online the lab company said "Your doctor has your results! They will be giving you a call" I patiently waited all day, and again, they called at the end of the day, so I had to wait an extra day to hear the results (and then I couldn't get ahold of them the next day, ended up finally getting ahold of someone at 4:45pm) meaning I had to wait an extra 48 hours to hear my important test results. Same with my gestational diabetes results. On the Northern Light Portal it said they were in, and yet I get a message saying "You've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes" at 5:30pm on a Friday night, so I go all weekend wondering what the heck I'm supposed to do. I get a call back Monday and they schedule a follow up appointment to discuss what's next. Now today, I head to that appointment with my toddler because I couldn't find anyone to watch him and I knew it was going to be a short appointment. As toddlers do, he had a tantrum out the door. I showed up 11 minutes late to my appointment and was very apologetic. They informed me that their cut off was 10 minutes and that I would need to reschedule. This was at 9:45am and they offed me an appointment at 11:30. I had other appointments so I couldn't take it. I explained to the receptionist that I was in my third trimester, I only had 10 weeks to go, I was in a lot of pain, I JUST got diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and I had just drove 40 minutes out to this appointment. There was no leeway and they were very rude and short with me. They also promised me that I would see every doctor before delivering, but I only met one at my very first appointment (Dr. Anderson. She seemed nice, I will say that) but the rest of the time it was Ashton Pierce, who was constantly brushing off any concerns I had, forgetting to give me my gestational diabetes drink so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment and make another trip out, and not keeping me informed of anything going on with my own body. I called the office manager before writing this review to see if she would make it right. All she did was defend their policy and that I could have taken the 11:30 appointment time. I am not impressed, so here I am writing this review. I have a history of high blood pressure, and have gone out of my way to make sure I lay low. Funny how it's my DOCTORS OFFICE that is causing me to walk out of the office crying and stressed out. Long story short, I do not trust these people to deliver my baby. They care more about policy than you and your baby. I do NOT recommend."
"I am very thankful that Dr Wadland was my obgyn during my pregnancy and delivery. She is open, honest, a great listener and 100% committed. She was extremely supportive of my birth plan which made my pregnancy and the delivery of my second child the most fun and joyful time in my life. I would recommed Dr. Wadland to anyone."
