"Very lazy and unwilling staff. Good luck bring anything valuable in that might be heavy. I use to like this place but I yey e turned into lazy people who don't wanna do the job. Won't come here again. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down in the next year or so."
"They sold me a $60 hoverboard saying that it needed to be charged overnight. Woke up this morning and tried to power it on, it didn't work. I'm trying to get my money back."
"Every once in awhile I will wonder into this place because it is right near where I work and I love pawn shops. It unfortunately gives pawn shops a bad name… Any item you have to sell is worthless and any item for sale is priced so high that for a few more dollars I could just afford it new. I don’t know why I ever go back because it’s always the same. I’ve been there about 6-8 times and I’ll tell you how every single visit went. The minute I walk in your the only person there, it’s very quite and uncomfortable. Where is everyone? Once I’m within eye sight of the person behind the counter I give a little “hey, how are ya” and their reaction (or lack of) makes me question wether I had just accidentally walked into a strangers house or not. Wait, I am allowed in here right? I look around a bit and see everything is over priced. I think to myself how has this place stayed open for as long as it has? The one person I see never acknowledged I was there. I feel so uncomfortable I just end up leaving. as far as selling or pawning goes, I’ve only ever tried to sell one thing and that experience made me never want to sell them anything again so now I just wonder in every once in a while if I have some time to kill to see if anything’s changed. It’s hasn’t. This is the only store/ business I literally can’t think of one positive thing to say about them. Maybe their location? Hmmm… that’s all I got. Great location! You guys are really good at locationing! Not so much anything else though. Now I don’t want to be a jerk or post something negitive just to get a kick out of dumping on a small business. I know the hardships and not every day is a HEY HOW YOU DOING! kind of day. I only posted this review after many vists. It’s not just a one time I went and a guy was rude to me I’ll make them pay! Kind of post. I’ll leave with some suggestions to help you improve. …The high prices are not the deal breaker. It’s the people. The people make your business. If you had a kind, and upbeat person I might not care I’m paying close to retail prices. That’s what’s really hurting this place so much. People expect to be ripped off at a pawn shop, but at least don’t be rude to someone already at the end of their options and make them feel as worthless as you say their item is. No one wants to go into a place they don’t feel welcome, no one will pay your high prices if they don’t even feel comfortable talking to the person behind the counter. I’ll be back in some day, best of luck to you guys! Honestly, you have a great spot with tons of potential but you’ve dug yourself quite a hole. I hope to see you guys improve and get your customers back! Good luck, it’s not too late."
"Recently purchased an Xbox one from them. The controller sold with the unit was non operational.. they kindly exchanged the controller for another unit that was in great working order!! I'm pleased with the overall customer service, definitely will be a return customer!!!"
"Talk about know it all’s Going to a pawnshop you expect to be low balled but to offer $100 on a $3500 ring without looking it up or testing diamond quality is insane. Not to mention the disrespect of calling 2 unused Oakley sunglasses “cheap” that together are worth more then $400 and then not even offering anything. Honestly wouldn’t even bother going to buy or sell anything, you’ll just be ripped off"
