"Referral sent on 9/8. Called referring MD on 9/16 as requested if we had not heard from MA General Cancer Center. NOBODY has answered the phone there or returned voicemails that we AND referring MD have made. Looks like we'll be switching to BSMC Cancer Center!"

"T his was my first chemo treatment with Cooley Cancer Center. They told me to come in for 1010 and my infusion would be at 1220. I never received my infusion until 230. Taking in mind i had to have fluid injections for naseau and hydration. I guess I was comparing this visit to the first treatment at Mass General in Boston. I shouldnt have done that because i upset the nurse on my case and she was one of the kindest sweetest people ive met. Dang! Age sucks, I forgot her name. She was fantastic. If all the nurses were like her it would be a kinder world. Any way due to my anxiety and frustration w ith them not being clear about time i gave 4 stars. I was told it would take half that time upon making my first appointment. Boston was so quick. I learned that the parmacy who makes our chemo medicine was backed up with orders. This was why the long wait. Im sure ill be okay using this facility. T hanks for listening."
