"Went there for a 90 minute massage on my birthday yesterday. The service was ok and I honestly didn't feel like I actually got a massage. I went to the register to pay and have the lady $120 (massage was $105). The lady looked at me and told me that I had to pay $20 or more for the tip. I was so confused. Then she proceeded to whip out her phone and have an app translate that she wanted more for the tip. I told her, that was all the money I had and she kept demanding that I tip her more. This same exact thing happened to me when I went for a Mother's Day massage but I brushed it off thinking that it was a one off. After my experience yesterday, I am certain that this is how they run their business. You can NOT demand someone to give you their hard earned money especially for subpar service. This is not a restaurant and you are NOT entitled to someone's money. They all pretend like they don't speak English when they start demanding a bigger tip. These people want to you acquiesce and just hand them your money when they demand it. The whole encounter was uncomfortable and downright embarrassing especially since there was someone sitting there to witness the encounter. NEVER AGAIN."

"I love going to Rainbow Health. I always try to go 90 minutes. They are great with whatever pressure I like. They find the knots. The hot stones and heat packs are super. The place is clean, everyone who works there is very nice. Always accommodating, I get same day massages, long as I call early enough. Prices are reasonable. I always feel way better and looser after I visit Rainbow Health in Weymouth than I do when I walk in, feeling like the rusted Tin Man from Oz!"

"I came in with my sister for an hour long feet massages today at around 1pm. Everything was great until we checkout. Gave her cash payment total $110 (60mins $55) gave her $130 and asked her to give $10 each person for tip. Now here comes the good part.....she looked and smiled at me "just $10!?" ....."60minutes you know, the work atleast $15"........ so she brings me to the table, spread the cash out "this is $110 (on the right) and this is $20 i give back to you (on the left)"..... soo i thought to myself this means she wants more ....lets keep counting...hmmmm im like okkk "heres $10 more so $15 each ok" ...... i am sure that was consider more than 30% tip. Like other reviews, this is not restaurant or tip mandatory base on # of people. Ive been here many times but NEVER experienced this kind of "demanding" all over her face. I want to save her this embarrassment and not ask to speak to manager about her. Overall , I always enjoy my time here but I hope the lady would stop this behavior."
