"I was with a family member as she went to Dr Zen for pancreatic cancer. At the first visit he told her she had early stage cancer, would go through chemo for 6 months, then have surgery, then it would be maintenance. A couple of week later she had an appointment with the surgeon who told her that her cancer had already spread and surgery was not an option. The kicker was she had gotten this information from Dr Zen's notes. So he told my sister one thing, put the truth in her chart and left her hanging. He has never taken her concerns seriously, giving flippant answers and making jokes. I would never subject anyone facing cancer to this man. I wish I could give a negative rating."
