"I have been with Dr. Costanzi for 20 years and she is wonderful! I have never had anything but a great experience with this office. I travel out of my way to stay with them even though I no longer live in the immediate area."

"The customer service here is lacking. It took 3 phone calls to get all the information I needed just to become a client (I wasn't given any options, just told I needed to come fill out a medical release form, but I had issues commuting for a week or so... on my third call they told me I could opt for fax or email... Which I can do both.) This led to my care being delayed, which is the opposite of what you need while pregnant. You already have to wait a few weeks until your initial appointment, and they wouldn't let me make an appointment until the form was signed... They also called someone I never "okayed" and left a message for me after I missed their call once, which is a breech of my privacy. When confronted, the receptionist denied the call ever took place (there's evidence), and the office manager became argumentative and contradicted herself to defend their actions. I don't feel like that shows a good quality of care or respect from an OB office. Currently seeing if I can find another provider. I will have to drive even further to get there, but it will be worth it due to how disappointed I am with my experiences here."

"I had refills left on my ibuprofen but yet when the pharmacy sent the authorization she declined it!! I don't understand why, I'm still technically a patient there. So now I'm waiting on my primary care to open back up on Tuesday!!! I just had 2 teeth pulled and needed it!"
