After six months of regular sessions, my assigned therapist suddenly left without warning or notice. The next day, the owner, Robert, contacted me to explain the situation. Seeking clarification, I asked Robert for more information, but he refused to answer and promised to call me back once new therapists were hired. Despite weeks passing and new therapists being brought in, my attempts to contact Robert went unanswered. It's been almost a year since I was left waiting, feeling emotionally abandoned.
