"Overall, I had a bad experience and would never recommend him. John has a very irritable and condescending personality. For the most part, he's only pleasant if you agree with his opinions. He ALWAYS has to be right about an issue and will try to argue with and gaslight a client if met with opposition. On several occasions, he tried unsuccessfully to manipulate my emotions. He has major unresolved problems and those spill over into his professional life. Toxic would be an understatement to describe him."
