"I do not recommend anyone going to see Annemarie Santangelo at the Personal Growth Center. She is a terrible, greedy and dishonest person, and worst of all UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL THERAPIST! Seeing her was helpful in the beginning, for a few months. As things got better and she acknowledged that issues have improved tremendously, I wanted to spread out the visit from weekly to biweekly, so I can afford to put my kid in daycare two days a week. Annemarie just went berserk!!! She yelled and screamed at me for messing up her schedule, she told me I'm unstable and that I don't want to commit... and then she said all kinds of awful things to me, using and manipulating personal things I shared with her in our sessions, twisting them and throwing them back in my face. And then she sent me an email, saying that she is no longer available for the time slot SHE gave me and pretended that was the reason she couldn't continue to work with me, whereas the real reason was that she wouldn't switch me to a biweekly schedule as it messed up her cash flow. This witch with a capital 'B' should not be allowed to work with people. She is judgemental, and I'm not saying this because of her "in-your-face" style - I actually like that!!! She's only motivated by money, and only takes cash - NO INSURANCE!!! Helloooo!!! She'll tell you it's for your own protection, because employers can use your therapy against you, blah, blah... nothing to do with that. It's all about her cash flow. BTW, she has a 10 session package - she runs this seasonal special every time she needs to "raise" money. It's like her own personal IPO. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!! SHE'S CRAY-CRAY"
