"Please get better front desk services that actually wants to be helpful. I came in today for an appointment and I had trouble finding it. The woman at front was the only person I could see working in the building. I went to her to ask if she could direct me because I’ve never been there before. She angrily told me to look at the directory and as I was leaving my glass cup broke and shattered. I asked her if there was anyway to get a janitor, so the glass and water wouldn’t be a danger to anyone else . Instead, she made me leave and told me to pick up the glass with napkins from the bathroom"

"Is there someone who needs referred physical therapy that can wait 4 weeks for an appointment? Don't bother with this place. Extremely rude and obviously unhelpful."

"Do not recommend Phisycal Therapy at 625 Mt. Auburn if you really have problems with neck or back. They do not even look at your back or body, do not care if muscle is injured and swollen, and a nerve is pinched and you actually cannot turn your head to one side at all. One treatment for all - exercise even if you cry of pain. I left straight to ER after the first visit... for which they will charge my insurance nearly a thousand because the first appointment is an hour due to evaluation that they make (evaluation without looking or touching much). Also, the lady at the front desk (the one that speaks with accent) is repeatedly almost rude... over the phone, and in person, and is not capable of answerving questions that I am pretty sure everyone has (standards simple questions), and she has no name. Yet, another person at the front desk that once picked up the phone was nice and helpful, and I appreciate her care. Her name is Wanda."

"The front desk is the face of the establishment. No matter how good the therapists are, but if to make appointments one has to deal with an attitude, that is an instant turn off."
