"I like Marilyn the doctor who I see. She’s been great for years. She is the only reason I continue to use this practice. However, the office at this place is absolutely horrible. They have the worst secretary staff anyone could imagine. There are countless examples over the years but I’ll just leave the most recent… after my last appointment with Marilyn I had called the office and scheduled my next appointment. The secretary on the phone who scheduled it, failed to actually enter it into the computer. This is not the first or second or third time that happened. They seem to be a little confused about their own computer system… and I’m not their only patient who has had this issue. Anyways, before scheduled appointments the office is supposed to call and collect payment. BUT when the office can’t do a simple task, like enter appointment into the system, you know, their job… that doesn’t happen. So I logged into my appointment not knowing of their incompetence… Marilyn being the great doctor that she is made time for me even tho it wasn’t scheduled. Immediately after, I received a nasty, long and drawn out message from a rude office staff member saying over and over that I “failed” to pay in advance and threatening to drop me as a patient. Really!? It’s THEIR JOB to enter in the appointment AND collect payment ahead of time. But when they can’t do their job that system doesn’t go as planned. What she should have said was sorry they messed up, again, and collect the payment. But they’re so arrogant they blame their own mistakes on their patients. Again, just one of many examples of their horrible secretaries."

"I received the worst care from this facility, I can’t believe they say they provide psychiatric care to their patients! First of all nobody EVER answered the phone, so I would have to email them. Their providers don’t even have individual emails, the entire practice shares one, so when you send your doctor an email the entire practice can read it! I only received a month of “care” from this facility, but my doctor discharged me and only refilled my medication once! It is her responsibility to continue to write my prescriptions until I find a new psychiatrist, but she’s just refusing to!!!"

"I have been seeing Marilyne for years. She’s a wonderful NP and manages my Medication to a tee I have never had a problem getting messages to her. She always calls back asap. The desk staff has a high turnover, but all have been very nice to me. Shout out to Lisa who has helped me countless times with insurance billing questions. I am very happy with this practice. I am glad they don’t have an office anymore because I found their waiting room creepy and disturbing. Diane Morisi-Shipman"

"this place is a joke, id give it 0 STARS if i could, they clearly do not care about peoples mental health. the customer service is laughable because there is NONE...the amount of times ive emailed or called them and left messages and NONE have been returned. not to mention my "doctor" was late to almost every appoitment OR she wouldn't show up at all, HER excuse one time was she was ASLEEP! THEN the best part, they BILL ME for the appoitment that she didnt show up too, im literally disgusted with how they handle their business"

"I've been a client for a couple of years now and have had positive experiences. My doctor is attentive, kind, and we always have a couple of laughs during our session. Personally, this is the best psychiatrist I have had."
