"The clinician I was meeting with had to abruptly leave and there was little communication about them leaving. I also still got charged for services I did not receive and am still getting charged now, despite multiple phone calls requesting I not be charged. I'm waiting to be reimbursed, but doubt that will happen. The clinician was nice, but the company can't be trusted."

"I made an appointment, paid the $89 fee, and was told I would receive a confirmation email confirming my appt time. The following day I made five phone calls trying to get a confirmation email that would have a zoom link for my appointment. Every single time I was told I would get a call back. I never did. Day 3: I made another phone call and am currently waiting for a call back regarding my refund. Feel like I have been scammed"
