Reviews
"Having had broken bones, torn tendons, shoulder and knee replacements all requiring extensive physical therapy and rehab, I feel qualified to write this review. In the early rounds, hospitals referred me to preferred facilities and therapists. All of them helped me - some with long-standing basic functional equipment and others boasted state of the art equipment. Doug White’s talent and dedication go far beyond the equipment and the standard protocol in dealing with the problem issues. He pays attention to my feedback on progress and personal goals for fitness following recovery. Doug has always taken a holistic approach to my specific issues - Meaning that he keeps a watchful eye out for any ill effects that may rise from exercising ( fixing) the targeted spot. Bottom line, Doug White knows his business and cares enough to provide top notch therapy. Note: There’s no magic. The patient must be comittted to the drills he recommends. 5 Stars for White’s Physical Therapy."
"I will start by saying I never like to give anybody a bad review. This might be the worst physical therapy facility I’ve ever been to in my life. It is dirty, run down, and it smells. All the equipment of what there is, is 30 years old. Each visit that I attended I was rushed, and Pushed out the door within 20 minutes To 30 minutes maximum. This Physical therapist did not follow any of the orders that Were required by the doctor. Only a few. Also, when I would call to make an appointment or ask a question there was no response for a week or two at a time. I was told by the physical therapist that he doesn’t return phone calls when situations are on hold. I could go on and on, but I will leave it at this. I highly recommend going to a professional facility; because this guy cannot get it done alone running it by himself with no equipment for rehabilitation. Also he over books , and triple books visits..You will never get one on one attention!!!!!! I will end this by saying he is a very nice man, but Being nice is not going to fix Your injury, especially when he returns phone calls 2 weeks later"
"I called Doug when I was having knee pain from running. He saw me right away and gave me an actual free consultation. He spent a long time assessing my leg and showing me some stretches to do and I was shocked when he didn't want my insurance information or any payment at the end. He suggested that the stretches might be sufficient and I only needed to come back if the pain keeps occurring. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and highly recommend him. Make sure to have him tell you stories about working with the US Olympic team, it's pretty amazing what they all went through!"
"In the Spring of 2010 I was injured training for masters triple jump competition. Not only did Doug get me well enough to jump, I won an international meet in Cologne, Germany in early August and later in August surpassed an age-group standard in a U.S.A. Track and Field sanctioned event to earn All American status. Doug is the BEST!"
