"So happy I chose this place for my therapy and care pre and post it may be a little bit of a ride but it is very well worth it So happy with the care I am receiving at joint effort physical therapy the people there are so nice and generally care for their patients working on pre-surgery like strength exercises for my left knee it was very easy to schedule my appointments to my needs and I am so happy I chose this place for my care the place I went before was treating me for the wrong injury I feel I am getting the best possible care I can get at joint effort physical therapy in Taunton I never thought I would ever get relief hoping that the post-surgery therapy goes just as well thank you to everyone there"
"I called to book my first appointment here recently and the women who I spoke with over the phone was very rude. From the begining of the convo she sounded irratated and stressed out. She became even more annoyed when I stated I can only book for certain times due to my work schedule. Very bad customer service! Sorry not everyone has a completely open schedule. Not good mannerism for your business, especially as the people you treat are being treated for pain relief. Learn to be kind."

"I started PT at the end of April for both shoulders. I had very limited range of motion due to a diagnosis of shoulder impingement. Matt and Ali worked with me 2x each week using heat, massage and exercises. I also had exercises for homework which I did on 2 off-PT nights during the week. I am not completely pain-free right now but it is soooo much better, 85% better. I'm actually back to the pool doing the back stroke and working on the crawl but not quite there yet. Matt and Ali and the entire staff at Joint Effort Physical Therapy in Taunton are so friendly and knowledgeable and funny which is very important to me. I always had a good laugh and felt very positive about my progress. I highly recommend this place for treatment."
