"I was extremely satisfied by the sessions at ATI (formerly Sports and Physical Therapy). I initially went in with a problem of a ruptured Achilles Tendon. My first session was an evaluation where I could barely do any of the exercises. After my second session I could start seeing some improvements. The sessions at the beginning had me start with a heating pad to get ready. My last session had me on an exercise bike for the warm-up. Although I have more work to do, I have to thank the staff at ATI mainly Caitlin and Kaila who helped me to get to the point where I could do some of the things I was only dreaming about. I have been able to do mild hiking and some bike riding. Weeks ago I would have never considered the idea because of the pain and fear of re-injury. The staff got me to a good place with exercises, I just need to keep them up. Thanks."
