"I cannot say enough good things about this program. Other treatment centers have lost my trust but 3East built it back up. The staff truly care and the therapists are all very educated. The groups are so good, especially SDC. Even tho they may be boring sometimes I learned a lot about DBT and life in general. Shout out to social media group. The program helped me create a healthier relationship with food and my body which I am so grateful for. The one thing I didn’t like was how I was told I was going into an all-girl’s program but midway through they made it all genders. I honestly felt betrayed and like I was lied to. But it ended up working out. Big thank you to my treatment team for supporting me all the way through."

"i did this awhile ago they had us do silly things in the cafeteria so that we wouldn't care so much and not be as embarrassed, that was very memorable and helped me a lot"
