"We missed my son's appointment today. This morning I had a medical emergency and when we called to explain, they said that I need a doctor's note to prove it.They charged us 135.00! I can understand a fee, but to charge entire amount! I had a Lyme disease and this morning was really bad. I don't go to the doctor every time when I have a flare up, but they kept insisting that they need a prove. Very disappointed. It looks like patients, their families are only money makers for them. Absolutely lack of understanding and we are dealing with a counseling agency."
