"Janet is an excellent therapist. I've gone to her after surgery on my knee and both rotator cuffs, as well as several times to have different areas evaluated and strengthened. She knows numerous ways to work the same area so if one doesn't work for some reason, she has others she can have you try. It's up to you to do the work at home, but if you do what she says and as often as she tells you to, you'll get better. And the staff is very helpful in getting you appointments that work with your schedule and they don't mind how far out you schedule them, or if you cancel them because you've met your goals. They'd rather have you cancel one you didn't need, than not be able to get one you wanted."
"Select PT is wonderful! My physical therapist, Krista took great care of me with her positive attitude and gentle encouragement. I appreciated how she really listened to me and watched me walk, etc., to diagnose my issues and come up with a plan for me. She also gave me access to the exercises online so that I could follow videos and keep track of my own progress. The admin person, Debbie, was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the lovely facilities at Damon Mill with lots of natural light and plenty of parking."
