"Booked two times with them and both times it was a big waste of my time. 1. Spent a whole hour talking to someone bout what was going on just for them to tell me they can’t help me since i didn’t want medication 2. Second time around I booked an appointment and never got a link for our zoom call or anything. Was sent text that i was going to receive an email with a link and how to join but never got anything. Spent 20 minutes in the phone figuring the issue out and was left with “should have called sooner” and now I’m getting charged for a no show. Thanks for nothing but a bill UPDATE: The team over at Thrivework reached out to me immediately and apologized a ton for what had happened and explained why it all happened. They helped me out and was able to book another appointment for me. Really appreciated that so I have upgraded my one star to a 3 star for the time and hopefully can give them an honest opinion after my appointment."
