"I recommend Bay State Physical Therapy for a number of reasons. First it was relatively easy to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Next , my intake assessment was professional and accurate. My subsequent treatments have been helpful and are improving my orthopedic issue. I am very pleased with my care given by the staff at Baystate Physical Therapy."
"The professionally trained and educated staff led by Jen McBride in the Franklin location exceeds my expectations! I have been to several other Physical Therapy offices before and Bay State is the best. I am worked to my hardest capacity each visit after checking in. We even enjoy ourselves while working out. To Jen and her very dedicated staff, thank you so much for helping me heal in the best possible ways!!!"
"Bay State in Franklin has been absolutely fantastic both times I’ve needed PT. Eric M. was a lifesaver when I needed vestibular therapy. Despite being completely booked up for a month, he managed to fit me in and resolved my issue symptoms in about 10 mins. I. Any recommend him enough!!!"
"I had gone through PT elsewhere when my back injury first (2 severely herniated discs in my lumbar), and I made some progress but quickly plateaued. A couple of years later, having lived with the moderate pain constantly, i found out I was pregnant and knew I needed some serious help and fast, since my belly would continue to get bigger and bigger, and put more and more strain on my already ailing back. I decided to give Bay State PT a shot, primarily because they are in a facility with an indoor pool and pool therapy was recommended for pregnancy. Jenny (and Lynn and Jeremy, who were there back in 2016) whipped me into shape so much more than I thought was possible!!! They were hard on me in exactly the right way. I started seeing progress almost immediately and their policy of checking in for re-evaluation so regularly kept me from hitting any of those plateaus like I experienced in the other PT clinic. The exercises kept me challenged and pushing myself in a safe manner, and by the time I was halfway through my pregnancy, which is when most women start to experience back pain, I felt better than I had in the entire 3 years since my injury. I’m pregnant again and couldn’t get in there until further along in my pregnancy this time, but Jenny is still there, still awesome, along with some amazing new staff as well, and she has tailored my regimen to fit my current needs. I had contemplated just picking up my old routine at home the best I could but I’m SO HAPPY that I made the decision to go back because it’s all different, and here I am again, just a few sessions in, feeling like I can already detect improvement. On top of the great results, I will say that everyone at Bay State PT in Franklin is super warm and personable, which really makes a difference when you’re spending an hour at a time with these folks. They really make you feel comfortable and extremely well cared for by truly talented professionals."
"I first was a patient here about 10 years ago when I was experiencing severe back pain. I found everyone to be very professional and their treatment very effective. My back has been pain free ever since. When I slipped and fell on black ice 2 years ago, I of course, asked that my referral be sent to Bay State PT. Everyone, Karen at the front desk, Kyle, the P.T. Assistant and the 3 therapists, Fred, Jenny, and Lynn were very kind and helpful. Because of my work schedule, I had the pleasure of working with each one of them. At first I thought the inconsistency may be a problem. It really worked out very well. They keep thorough notes plus each one had a little something different to offer. Another plus is I got to pick the brains of each one of them. My knee has been pain free. 2019 was a tough year. I once again found myself needing PT. This time for my shoulder. Of course I called Bay State. Because of my work schedule, no one there could see me for 2 weeks. I really needed to start sooner so called a new place in my town within walking distance.of my house. I was assigned to 1 therapist who only saw me for 1/2 hour and ended up calling out sick and cancelling on me 3 times in just a few weeks. I called my insurance company and was able to transfer to Bay State. I have not looked back. Jenny and Lynn as well as Karen and Kyle are once again wonderful. I don't look forward to the hard work but the laughter, encouragement and especially the progress we've once again made make it all worthwhile. Stop looking and give them a call."
