"I worked with Lindsay Dodge (Dr. Lindsay Dodge, PT, DPT Physical Therapist, Pelvic Floor Specialist) to understand and improve the muscles of my pelvic floor. She has a wonderful manner and made what might be uncomfortable conversations easy. I had exercises each week (like any rehab/PT) and the exercises were targeted for my specific needs. Lindsay helped find exercises that I could incorporate into my gym routine for long term pelvic floor health. So very glad I took the step to work on pelvic floor health -- and especially glad that I found Lindsay!"

"Brittny is one of a kind! I dislocated my shoulder just before I became pregnant. The doctor told me it would require surgery to fully repair my shoulder, but I was unable to have the surgery due to my pregnancy. I met with Britt weekly throughout my entire pregnancy! Not only did she help to strengthen my shoulder, but she also worked with me on core and pelvic floor strengthening. She altered my programming as the pregnancy progressed. She even spent a few sessions teaching how to properly lift, hold, rock, burp and feed my baby without having any subluxations or dislocations. Lindsay Dodge was a lifesaver after my C-section! She helped to strengthen my core after all the wear the pregnancy put on my body. She improved my pelvic floor muscles in a way I didn’t know was even possible. She massaged my C-section scar to break up any and all scar tissue that formed, desensitized that area and assisted in making my incision to lay flat. She played a pivotal role in me gaining my body and self confidence back. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you are expecting that you sign up for sessions now! Start working on that core and pelvic floor PT to make your delivery and postpartum recovery go smoothly."
