"I had aquatic therapy requested by my doctor and approved by workers comp. I called this place once and they told me to call back the following week once they received approval. The second time I called back, I left a message and never heard back from this place. I shouldn't have to chase down a facility to get care that had all documentation readily available. I decided not to pursue any further treatment because if this is how they treat a new prospective patient then I don't want to proceed with treatment further. I highly suggest finding alternative treatment instead of dealing with a facility that lacks communication and is careless in office practice with zero follow-up."
