"From my very first session with Stacey, the atmosphere felt very safe and comfortable, which made talking and opening up very easy and seamless. Her experience and knowledge in the mental health field was extremely helpful to me. She would sometimes come to the sessions with exercises for me to work on myself mentally, that we would go through together. It always felt like she was invested in my self-improvement, and the feedback was always great. Every session I would learn new things about myself, or view things from a different perspective. The one thing I could always count on is walking out of the sessions with a renewed positive energy and outlook. The things we talked about would help me tremendously in my daily life. The biggest benefit for me personally, was that Stacey helped me find this new ability in myself, that helped find personal triggers, that affected my negative thoughts.
