"Honorable communication. English is their 2nd language. So there was a huge language barrier. Lots of miscommunication. I've met 5 workers and only 2 or3 of them were good with communication. The Icc team was good. I wasn't happy with the IHT team. I felt like I wasn't being heard. I ended up switching to another company for IHT services."

"The staff is HORRIBLE !! ITS KIDS RUNNING KIDS !! I believe the women whom does the therapeutic part Michelle is the only one who knows what there doing . I couldn't believe hearing how staff talked to my child ( not going by what my child said ) by hearing it !! The most unprofessional staff on behalf especially of some of the women & let me tell you they are a tight knit family who all lie for each other !! The children bully other children & staff have their favorites so they hear & see what they want . You can ask to speak to the director , you will be lucky if that happens , you may get an assistant director who just mentions non stop her roll in the program , over talks you & has even hung up in my face . Depending on your childs issues it may or may not help them , mine has been literally bullied by other children & staff . My child suffered consequences for her supposedly stealing another childs property after doing chores & being left out of activities the other child told the truth , was not held responsible & began to harass my child with profanity for weeks of course not in front of staff so when she lashed out she was reprimanded !! The place is a joke . The kids have reported how "crazy" staff drives . One staff per 3 children , yea when there not hanging out . Be lucky of you can hear your precious phone call . I've even heard staff bad mouth myself & my child . Maybe it's not the place that's a joke , perhaps it's the people running it !!"
