"I dropped paperwork off about a month ago and was told I’d need to be there in order for it to be filled out. I made an appointment, but of course, it was lost in that span of time. I would have been fine (if not a little annoyed), except the nurse or registered practitioner (NOT the receptionists, as they are always polite) was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. She treated me as if it was MY fault the office lost the paperwork, then went on to complain that the paperwork could have been done without me. Why was I told otherwise, then? I went in for absolutely nothing today, ONLY for this paperwork to be done. When I realized the appointment was useless, I asked if she could help with my shoulder pain and she said she was “too busy.” This is the second time this office has lost my paperwork and I do not have the time or money to keep playing games and running around for useless appointments, especially to be treated badly about something that was not my fault and have my time wasted. Do better."
"This is the absolute worst place by far they wonder why people run to the streets for drugs they absolutely refuse to give out pain meds I'm 46 years suffering from narrowing of the spine severe stenosis psoriatic arthritis and on top of all this I have a broken rib and they absolutely will not give me anything for pain it's bad enough what I live with on an everyday basis and now a broken rib on top of everything else. The hospital sent me home over the weekend with 12 pain meds and told me to go to my primary when those pain meds ran out because because the ER can only give out so many I called my primary this morning explained to them the situation of course they needed me to come in just to tell me no we can't give you anything go home and eat lots of Motrin and Tylenol which is just great on your liver and kidneys once I catch pneumonia because I can't cough with all this pain you guys will be help responsible you deserve no stars but I had to mark at least one to be able to posts this you all sick there!!!!"
"I became a new patient there a little over a month ago and since then I've been there several times. Overall I've had a pleasant experience here. Everyone is nice and professional. I don't have to wait long for my appointments and the pharmacy on site is so quick to fill my prescriptions."
"Never a good experience. Front desk ladies are always rude and talk to you like your dumb. Called about getting an inhaler I’ve had all my life and was told by the nurse I didn’t need one because I wasn’t currently sick when I was getting prepared for the worldwide... national virus. This hospital has complaints about staff in and out constantly no matter what department. My doctor was fantastic at the time but she ended up leaving. Not impressed with this facility since day one. Have your employees be considerate and not grumpy everyday."
"If I could give zero stars I would and it’s all due to the scheduling/front desk. The doctor I saw was great and very accommodating. I’ve never been to an office where you have to take a number to check in for a scheduled appointment. This in itself is strange, but fine, I get if the waiting room gets busy. What I don’t understand is why if I get to my appointments early every single time I sit and wait to be checked in until after my appointment time has come and gone. And this isn’t because there is a line of people waiting. It’s because most of the time either nobody is even at the front desk checking people in or they take their sweet time to check you in. The last straw was that I was contacted on Friday regarding my appointment that was supposed to be this coming Tuesday because there was an “administrative issue” (so did you double book me and the other person was more important?) and my appointment needed to be rescheduled to a time that I couldn’t do. My other option was taking another appointment that was two months out. The whole reason I was referred to this office was to get osteopathic treatment prior to having a baby and I will have had the baby by then. The doctor even found the appointment for me and was insistent that I see him at that time because of my upcoming due date and discomfort. Terribly run office!!!!"
