"A great team! I felt Dave, Matt and the rest of the team were respectful of my body and worked with me to reach my goals after a hard injury. I am very grateful for your professional and respectful care."
"Dave Armet has been my physical therapist for 16 years. My history included tearing three ligaments in my knee in a skiing accident when I was eighteen, and many operations--and years on crutches--since then. Due to Dave's extensive knowledge, and excellent therapy, I was able to get off crutches, and start hiking, dancing, and doing yoga again. Both Dave and Jen are top notch: both teach people with injuries how to listen to our bodies, get stronger, and avoid future injuries. Their post-exercise care, with muscle stimulation, ice and massage also feels so good! I enjoy the open room: it makes me feel part of a team, with all of us working to better our health. I cannot recommend Williamstown P.T. more highly!"
"I recently completed my first course of treatments at WPT. From the first day I was known by name to all the staff who worked with me. The conversation around the room made me feel part of a dynamic family. No rush. On time. Super friendly. Completely professional. Kudos to Dave, Jen and their team!"
"I felt very unwelcome and visits felt rushed. I often experienced increases in pain following visits there and was not making any progress in recovering from my injury despite vigilant effort. I also did not like the open layout that made privacy non-existent, focus elusive, and relaxation impossible. One PTA was very rude to me, asking prying personal questions. When I asked that we limit the conversation to my therapy, she asked my age, laughed and said, "Oh, I can just look it up in your chart!" I certainly didn't provide my HIPAA-protected personal information to satiate her curiosity to make judgements about me. She seemed affronted that I wanted to keep our conversation professional and took pains to make me uncomfortable for the remainder of my visit. I finished a couple more appointments in discomfort and canceled my future therapy visits, after coming to terms with the fact that I, quite literally, had come to loathe going there."
