"I began my p.t. 2 months ago and had my last session this week. My balance and knee pain have become manageable thanks to Helen and Jennifer. Everyone there was attentive, caring, and in my case, very patient with my lack of punctuality. Hopefully, I will do my homework and only return to visit."

"I had an initial appointment to treat plantar fasciitis (causing extreme heel pain) before leaving for a long trip involving a lot of walking. I was moderately pleased with the visit: I was shown a few exercises to do at home and treated with some ultrasound on the area. Upon returning from my trip, I contacted them for follow-up treatment and learned they had discarded my files after 30 days and I would need to be readmitted as "new patient" to start the process all over. The receptionist said she would speak to the physical therapist to consider an exception but that was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back. Since waiting for them to call back I've seen another physical therapist out-of-state and had great treatment and am on my way to recovery with new stretching and strengthening exercises. Happy to report I won't need Adams Physical Therapy after all!"
