"I don't know beans about Karate. My wife and daughter and son participate in this program twice a week. They drive all the way from Kingfield where we live now to Oxford where we used to live. Tonight I participated as well, on a fluke. You will not find a more compassionate, dedicated group of people. Whether you are looking for physical fitness, self defense, or mental discipline... this is a great place to better yourself if you have the inclination."
