"In the first five minutes of my visit, Dr. Kovacs told me my weight was “bad” and asked if that’s just how I am. She told me she would be unable to remove my Nexplanon implant due to a weight gain from the initial insertion (I had gained 20 pounds) and that I’d need to have it surgically removed under anesthesia. She told me I should get an IUD and when I explained I had researched them and had concerns she told me I shouldn’t read anything about them. I ended up making an appointment at Planned Parenthood where they were able to remove my Nexplanon in under 10 minutes. It seems that if you are thin, you will not have an issue with Dr. Kovacs. Anyone else should look for a different doctor."

"I barely leave reviews but I've never had an experience with a doctor who made me feel so bad. I went in to remove an IUD and felt like I was coerced into keeping it in, and finally went in a second time after thinking and she truly made me feel so horrible for taking it out. She did not even sit with me for 1 minute after the removal to answer any questions and just had such a cold/ nasty attitude. I honestly would not recommend Dr. Kovacs. The other staff are lovely but I will not be going back to see Dr. Kovacs again."

"Just awful. She makes you wait, rushes you, and is very aggressive as a person and during exams. I have come to her twice now for a birth control consultation, and she spends five minutes in my room and then tells me to come back for another appointment to discuss birth control. I have been trying to get on it since August. She racks up the co-payments. Her nurse was also loudly talking poorly about another patient in the hallway. I will never go back."
