"We signed up for Chef Ryan's Taste of Normandy class to celebrate a birthday. It was a big success! Chef Ryan accommodated our menu preferences--one guest was a vegetarian, and we preferred a chocolate dessert. He came to our house with all the food and equipment he would need. He guided us through the steps to make each course. The meal we produced was delicious. He's an excellent teacher and a fun person; our guests had a great time. He left the kitchen spotless. I learned a lot about technique that will improve my cooking going forward. Don't miss this cooking experience!"

"My husband and I had Ryan come to our house and cook for our anniversary dinner - it was outstanding! Leading up to the date his correspondence via email and phone was both professional and timely. He was accommodating around menu adjustments and happy to answer any of our questions. On the day of he arrived on time and with all of his supplies and ingredients. My husband and I relaxed and enjoyed time in our backyard while Ryan worked his magic in our kitchen - transforming our house into an amazing smelling little bistro! Each course was more fantastic than the next; Ryan's cuisine was flavorful and well balanced leading to 'Mmm' and 'Ahh' after almost every bite! His pacing of the meal was lovely - my husband and I really got to enjoy each other's company. Ryan was attentive throughout the meal, both in terms of food and wine, as well as 'front of the house' manner and making lovely conversation.
